These terms govern your use of the Nooki mobile application and this website. By using the app, you agree to them.

What Nooki is

Nooki is an informational map of baby-care facilities (changing rooms, nursing rooms, family toilets) and family activities in Finland. It is provided free of charge.

Accuracy of information

We verify facility information against official sources wherever possible and clearly mark unverified entries as "likely". Venues change: rooms move, close or get renovated, and opening hours shift. Information in the app is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. Always follow venue signage and staff instructions on site.

Acceptable use

You may use Nooki for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, redistribute or resell the app's curated dataset, reverse engineer the app, or use it in any unlawful way.

Intellectual property

The Nooki name, logo, app and curated content are © Youssef Faraby, all rights reserved. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and available under the ODbL. Venue names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nooki and its author are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app or the information in it — including reliance on facility locations, features or opening hours.

Third-party services

Navigation is handed off to your device's maps application, and map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap infrastructure. Those services have their own terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
